Privacy Policy
Unveiled Kingdom Consultants LLC ("UKC," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you register for Before the Yes: The Funding Ready Workshop, and how we use it.
1. What We Collect
When you register, we collect your full name, email address, and phone number. If you opt in to text reminders, we also record that consent and the time it was given. We automatically log which ad or link brought you to the page (source, campaign, content) and your browser's user agent, so we can tell which channels are working.
2. How We Use It
- To send your Zoom join link, calendar file, and session reminders by email
- To send SMS reminders about the Workshop, only if you checked the optional text box
- To invite you to the private Facebook group after you register
- To process payment and deliver the Working Session upgrade, if purchased
- To understand which marketing channels produce registrations
3. SMS Consent
Text message consent is optional and never required to register. If you opt in: Unveiled Kingdom Consultants may send up to 4 texts about Before the Yes. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to end texts at any time, or HELP for help. We keep a timestamped record of your consent.
4. Who We Share It With
Your registration data is stored in a private Google Sheet accessible only to UKC. We use the following processors to run the Workshop: Google (registration storage, email), Zoom (live sessions), Stripe (payment processing for the Working Session upgrade), and Meta/Facebook (the private registrant group, which you join voluntarily). We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with advertisers.
5. Data Retention
We retain registration records for as long as needed to run the Workshop, follow up afterward, and comply with our own recordkeeping obligations — including SMS consent records, which we keep as our compliance defense under TCPA. You can request deletion at any time (see below).
6. Your Rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information, or to stop texting or emailing you, at any time by writing to support@unveiledkingdom.com. Unsubscribing from email or replying STOP to texts does not remove your existing registration for the live event.
7. Cookies & Tracking
This page uses UTM parameters passed through the URL to attribute registrations to specific campaigns. We don't currently run third-party analytics or advertising pixels on this page beyond standard font and embed loading (Google Fonts, YouTube, Zoom, Stripe).
8. Children
This Workshop is intended for adults responsible for organizational funding decisions. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
9. Changes
We may update this policy as the Workshop evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
