These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your registration for and attendance at Before the Yes: The Funding Ready Workshop (the "Workshop"), and any related purchase of the optional Working Session upgrade, offered by Unveiled Kingdom Consultants LLC ("UKC," "we," "us"). By registering for the Workshop, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Workshop

The Workshop is a live, two-day virtual event delivered over Zoom. Registration is free. Session times, format, and content are described on the registration page and are subject to change; we'll notify registrants of any material change by email.

2. Registration & Eligibility

You must provide accurate name, email, and phone information to register. You're responsible for keeping your contact details current so you receive session links and reminders. The Workshop is intended for organizational leaders, founders, and decision-makers evaluating funding readiness; it is not intended for minors.

3. The Working Session Upgrade

The Working Session is an optional paid add-on ($97) consisting of a small-group session, an editable document set, downloadable recordings, and a written gap-list review. It is offered once, closes when the live Workshop opens, and is processed securely through Stripe. See our Refund Policy for cancellation terms.

4. No Professional Advice

Nothing delivered in the Workshop, the Working Session, or any related material constitutes legal, financial, tax, or investment advice. The scoring exercise and gap list are educational and diagnostic tools, not a guarantee of funding, approval, or any specific financial outcome. Decisions about your organization's legal or financial structure should be made with a qualified professional.

5. Conduct

Sessions and the associated private Facebook group are spaces for good-faith participation. We may remove or restrict access for participants who disrupt sessions, share access with non-registrants, or violate group guidelines.

6. Intellectual Property

Workshop materials, the scoring framework, document templates, and recordings are the property of Unveiled Kingdom Consultants LLC and are licensed to you for personal or internal organizational use only. They may not be resold, redistributed, or used to create a competing offering.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Workshop is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, UKC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation, including funding decisions made based on Workshop content.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued registration or participation after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
