Refund Policy

Draft placeholder — confirm the window before launch. The refund window below (full refund up to 48 hours before doors open, none after) is a reasonable default given the staggered small-group format, not a number you've confirmed. Set the real number, then this notice can come out.

This policy covers the optional Working Session upgrade ($97). General registration for Before the Yes is free — there is nothing to refund for attending the live Workshop itself.

1. Working Session Upgrade

If you purchase the Working Session and change your mind, you can request a full refund up to 48 hours before the Workshop's doors-open time on September 1, 2026. Email support@unveiledkingdom.com with your registration email address and we'll process it back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

2. After the Window Closes

Because Working Sessions run in small staggered groups with limited seats per slot, we can't offer refunds once the 48-hour window has passed or after the Workshop begins. If something comes up on your end, email us — we'll do what we reasonably can, including moving you to a later group session where one is available.

3. Our Error

If a technical failure on our end prevents you from accessing a Working Session you paid for, we'll either get you access another way or refund you in full — no time window applies in that case.

4. How to Request a Refund

Email support@unveiledkingdom.com with the subject line "Refund request" and the email address you registered with. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
